As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I specialise in helping people, particularly women in midlife, navigate life’s challenges and truly start living their best lives.

My approach, solution focused hypnotherapy, is a powerful combination of positive psychotherapy and relaxing hypnosis. We won't be digging into your past; instead, we'll focus on your strengths and your future, helping you to achieve lasting, positive change.

I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed. I’ve navigated my own journey through anxiety, caring for my mother with dementia, and the ups and downs of peri-menopause. For years, I appeared calm on the surface while struggling underneath. My own healing journey led me to retrain my mindset and rediscover joy, and now I want to help you do the same.

From my peaceful clinic at Serene Wellbeing in Shepley, Huddersfield (and online), I can help you with anxiety, stress, sleep issues, low confidence, and menopause symptoms. Each session is tailored completely to you.

I’m a fully insured and registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and hold the prestigious level 4 "Hypnotherapy in Practice Dipolma (HPD)" I am also a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (APHP), so you can be assured you're in not only safe, but competent and highly professional hands.
