Hi I’m Keeley and there’s something I need to tell you… Your dreams don’t have a ‘Best Before” date 📆. And I should know. I did a degree in my 30s, became a florist in my 40s, and now in my 50s I’ve found my true calling (more on that in a mo). I was struggling with perimenopause, specifically anxiety, and especially when I was driving. I was having panic attacks when I felt lost or in fog, with wobbly legs and feeling as if I couldn't get enough air. I felt fearful and it was getting to the point that I was avoiding driving more and more, and I didn’t want to see a world ahead of me without the freedom to travel that driving had always given me.

When I’m not in my beautiful hypnotherapy space, you’ll find me whipping up a gorgeous bouquet in my garden, trying to beat my P.B. in the gym, or soaking in the bath, planning my next travel adventure.
All that makes me sound like I’ve got mid-life sorted - but it wasn’t always that way.
After a corporate career, and then building my own business as an award-winning florist, perimenopause brought crippling anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt (sound familiar?).
Caring for my mother, I watched as dementia took away the vibrant, gentle woman I knew. I was struggling with stress and grief, and I felt lost.
As women, we often try to manage all this alone - even when that stress bucket is overflowing. But I realised that asking for help is not weakness - it’s strength.
Asking for help has been my greatest achievement … and it’s when I discovered the power of hypnotherapy.
I became so passionate about the transformation I experienced, that I retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Q: I’m not sure hypnotherapy is for me. Is it a “proper” therapy?
A: If you’re brand new to hypnotherapy, it’s natural to feel hesitant. So let me reassure you. Solution-focused Hypnotherapy is a blend of psychotherapy and hypnosis, and it is grounded in neuroscience. During your sessions you’ll learn how your brain works. You’ll discover the science behind the techniques we are using, and how they bring about real, powerful and positive changes to the way you feel, think and respond in your daily life. These are the same techniques used by elite athletes to help them achieve Olympic gold 🏅.
Q: I’ve seen stage hypnotists make people do embarrassing things such as a chicken 🐓. How will I know what’s happening when I’m under hypnosis?
A: Okay, let me meet one this head on. Hypnotherapy and stage hypnotism couldn’t be more different. I am professionally trained and qualified to a high level, and work to a professional Code of Conduct. I pride myself on explaining the techniques I use in a clear and straightforward way - because if you understand WHY, it’s so much easier to trust the process. When you work with me you will feel comfortable, safe and secure. And you’ll come away from our sessions with renewed energy and a deep sense of peace.
Q: I’ve tried lots of techniques to reduce anxiety and overwhelm - but nothing has worked. How do I know this programme will be different?
A: There are lots of sources of advice out there to combat anxiety - I’ve tried plenty of them myself! And they can be helpful.
But here’s the thing. Without addressing the underlying causes of anxiety and overwhelm, using these techniques is like putting a sticking plaster on a broken leg. In our work together, we’ll dig into the negative stories we tell ourselves, the self-doubt, and the people-pleasing behaviours that cause anxiety. And once we’ve identified them, you will learn how to transform them into calm, clarity and unstoppable confidence.
Q: I am so busy and I’m already exhausted. I don’t know if I have time to commit to a 12-week programme.
A: I get it. As a midlife woman, I’ve juggled work, family, caring responsibilities, and health challenges - and I know it’s not easy.
But for the LEAP Programme, all you need is just 1 hour each week for your session with me. And I promise that hour will be a special time to focus on you. Think of it as a vital and essential part of your self-care. I offer flexible appointments including weekends and Saturdays, to fit in with your schedule. I also offer virtual sessions on Zoom if that suits you.
In addition, all I ask is that you listen to the MP3 recording, which I’ll give you to use between sessions, to support your transformational journey. You’ll find it’s the perfect way to fall asleep while your brain resets. And you’ll wake up feeling refreshed and re-energised (many of my clients find this is one of the quickest results they experience).
Q: Is there a payment plan?
A: I want to make this as accessible as possible, so you can choose to pay a deposit then spread the remaining cost over 3 payments. And remember - the usual price for the LEAP Programme will be £1000, but right now you can take advantage of the Early Bird price of £850.
